Brother's Slumber Party

Last night I told the boys they could have a "slumber party" which means both sleeping in Keegan's room and aka nice way to get them into bed. They used their ViewFinder slide show projector to shine pictures on the wall and then they narrated stories about the pictures. The slide projector was a gift to Keegan several years ago from my friend Christine. It is such a cool toy. Remember ViewFinders when you were a kid? You put the round paper slides in and then you looked thru the binocular like machine and pulled the lever to see the next slide. It is just like that but it shines the picture on to the wall. The kids think it is so fun to go into the bathroom and have show a "movie". So this is what their slumber party entailed. I loved listening to Keegan make up the story and Sam was so excited he kept jumping around saying "SLUMBER PARTY". Like a 9 year old girl!

Sam picking out the slide and Keegan adjusting the picture on the wall.

Keegan narrating and Sam watchin' the "movie". The lights were out, this is with the flash.Getting ready for bed. Yes, our kids have an aversion to pyjamas. It was nice to have them in the same room, for saying goodnight and tucking in. We may be on to something.Kiss goodnight. Keegan said, "That was a wet one."Goodnight! Sleep tight! Do not wake up the other in the morning!!
