This is the scale for the Homeland Security Advisory System. Today we are at yellow or elevated. This means:

There is no credible, specific intelligence suggesting an imminent threat to the homeland at this time. Still, we are closely assessing potential threats and response planning...

I think I could develop this system for our home as well, yellow would mean:

The day is not too bad, no one has broken any major rules, no moumental fights or injuries, the back talk has been kept to a minimum, just some kool-aid spilled and one or two outbreaks of disagreements but Mom is tired and everyone better keep the volume down and listen to me the first time.

Hopefully, I am not tagged from Homeland Security for being on a watch list!
